Pre-order Checklist

Please check follows before submit order to avoid delivery delay:

• number of Layers
• board thickness
• board dimension
• copper thickness
• minimum trace/spacing
• smallest hole size
• min. annual ring
• surfance finish
• soldermask and color
• silkscreen and color
• drill file (include NC Excellon Drill file & Drill tool list)

We need RS-274X format gerber file, and only accept following files:

• Positive Gerber layers: Top & Bottom (more inner layers for multilayer boards)
• Aperture/Dcode file (if not RS274X)
• NC Excellon Drill file
• Drill Tool list (if not listed in NC Drill file)
• Soldermask
• Silkscreen

For board specifications like board thickness, copper thickness, soldermask, silkscreen etc, we only accept specification you input in online order form, any additional specification files will be ignored like specification document or readme file

Panel: means array of several small single unit to be a larger single board, different unit are jointed with V-scoring or Tab connections. If your bard is in panel, please input dimension as Panel dimension, not unit dimension. If you are not sure about it, please contact our sales before order
